1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and d678 ("d678", "we", "us", "our"), an international online betting and gaming platform accessible at d678.bet. 3. Age Restriction & Verification

3.3 Accounts Belonging to Minors

If d678 determines at any time that a registered account belongs to or has been used by an individual under the age of 18, d678 will immediately suspend the account, void all bets placed on the account, and return any net deposit balance after deducting administrative processing costs. d678 will report such cases to the relevant authorities where required by applicable law. No winnings generated on an account found to belong to a minor will be paid out under any circumstances.

4. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed and games played on the d678 platform are subject to the specific product rules applicable to that betting market or casino game, in addition to the general terms set out in this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between a product-specific rule and this Agreement, the product-specific rule shall prevail in respect of that product only.

4.1 Bet Acceptance and Settlement

A bet is not confirmed until d678 has accepted it and a unique bet reference number has been issued to the player's account. d678 reserves the right to refuse any bet, in whole or in part, at our sole discretion and without providing a reason. Bets are settled based on official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In the event that official results are not available within a reasonable timeframe, d678 will use alternative credible sources to settle bets.

4.2 Voided Bets

d678 reserves the right to void a bet in the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed after the relevant event had already concluded (late bets);
• Odds were published in error and were materially different from the correct market odds;
• The event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned and cannot be replayed within 36 hours of the scheduled start time;
• Evidence of match-fixing, corruption, or irregular activity is confirmed by the relevant governing body;
• The bet was placed using funds that originated from fraudulent activity.

4.3 Prohibited Betting Practices

The following activities are strictly prohibited on d678 and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of associated balances:

• Arbitrage betting: systematically exploiting differences between d678 odds and those of other operators to guarantee profit regardless of outcome;
• Bonus abuse: creating multiple accounts or engaging in coordinated betting patterns specifically designed to exploit promotional offers;
• Use of automated software: employing bots, scripts, or any automated tools to place bets or interact with the d678 platform;

4.4 Casino Games

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.3 Payment Method Integrity

6.4 One Bonus at a Time

Opting into a new promotion while an existing bonus remains active may result in the existing bonus being forfeited. 7. Account Suspension & Closure

d678 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breaches of these Terms & Conditions, concerns about fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or receipt of a regulatory instruction. Where possible, d678 will provide the affected player with a written explanation by email, though this is not guaranteed in all circumstances.

7.1 Closure Initiated by d678

If d678 closes an account due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions or confirmed fraudulent activity, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation and may ultimately be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct — for example, as a result of d678 ceasing to operate in a particular jurisdiction — the player's verified balance will be returned via the original payment method.

7.2 Closure Requested by the Player

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting d678 support at [email protected]. Before closing the account, d678 will settle any pending bets, process any approved withdrawal requests, and confirm the final account balance with the player. Accounts closed at the player's request will have any remaining verified balance returned via the most recent payment method.

7.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if it has not recorded any login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity for a continuous period of 12 months. d678 reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee of ৳200 to dormant accounts once the 12-month inactivity threshold has been reached, until the account balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player. 8. Responsible Gaming
